How do I pay for your services?

Payment can be made by bank card or through Vipps upon completion of the move. If you would like to pay by invoice, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it after a credit-check.

Can you assist with packing?

Absolutely! We can assist with packing if requested when you book our services. We’ll bring packing materials and supplies if you need assistance with packing and unpacking items.

Do you operate on weekends and evenings?

Yes, we offer moving services every day, including weekends and evenings. Note that there is an additional charge for moves scheduled on weekends or after 5 PM on weekdays.

What if everything doesn’t fit on one trip?

If our vehicle doesn’t fit everything in one trip, we’ll either make multiple trips or, if possible, bring additional vehicles if they are nearby. Additional trips or vehicles will be arranged at an extra cost and discussed with you beforehand.
